4. Bitcoin and Payment Handling

All fiat-to-Bitcoin transactions are handled by third-party providers (e.g., Swapin). We do not process or store fiat payments. Bitcoin is sent directly to the recipient’s wallet address provided during setup. Ensure your wallet address is correct—we are not responsible for lost funds due to incorrect addresses.

5. No Custodial Services

GiftMeBitcoin does not hold or manage any cryptocurrencies on behalf of users. You are solely responsible for the security and management of your wallet.

6. Fees and Pricing

Some features of the App may be subject to fees, including transaction fees and optional subscription plans. Fees will be clearly displayed during usage.

7. Limitation of Liability

GiftMeBitcoin and Romanello OÜ are not liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions caused by errors, delays, or the use of third-party services. Use the App at your own risk.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, for any conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.
